Track Remote Deliveries
One can determine whether their sent messages have reached the intended recipients or not. It is important to note that this does not ensure that the message has been read by the recipient, but it allows you to confirm if their email service provider has received the message and to take appropriate action if any issues arise.
- Go to the User Panel
- Log in using your full e-mail address and current password.
- Click on the Track Deliveries button
Upon clicking the Search button, the system will display a list of delivered e-mails sent within the current day by default. To view delivery details, you must click on the arrow adjacent to the date or subject of each delivery.
You have the option to modify your search criteria by filtering the results based on specific categories such as Temporarily Rejected Messages, which may occur when the user’s mailbox is over capacity, Permanently Rejected Messages, which may occur if the mailbox is invalid or blacklisted, or All Messages. Additionally, you can specify the date range of the search and the recipient’s e-mail address.
